EXPERIENCE THE ECLIPSE WITH MUSIC!
Monday, April 8 marks a very special day in the lives of Montrealers, as a total eclipse of the Sun takes place in the afternoon. The Orchestre Métropolitain, conducted by Yannick Nézet-Séguin, will be taking part in the event at Parc Jean-Drapeau, accompanying Diane Dufresne with a pre-recorded performance and space-themed repertoire prepared for the occasion. If you happen to be in the Quartier des spectacles for the event, you'll have the chance to hear a playlist prepared by the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal through the outdoor speakers. At home? You can still listen to the playlist. Start it at 2:14 PM on Monday, April 8, for the best possible experience. Enjoy the eclipse and stay safe!
