On October 9th, the Complexe du Canal Lachine will hold an Open House (the first since Covid), many studios will be open to visitors from 3pm to 8pm. I will take part in this event but will welcome visitors from 12pm to 8pm on both Wednesday and Thursday October 9th and 10th.

Montréal jazz scene legend Rufus Nathaniel Rockhead recognized as a National Historic Person.

 

Today, the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Environment and Climate Change and Minister responsible for Parks Canada, announced the designation of Rufus Nathaniel Rockhead as a person of national historic significance under Parks Canada’s National Program of Historical Commemoration.
