Born and educated in Montreal,  I am a graduate of Concordia University. I have worked as an illustrator and graphic artist in advertising and an art teacher in the secondary schools and  adult education exploring many   2 and 3d  mediums Painting and drawing are my prefered  media for expression; my favourite subjects focus on nature, landscape and everyday life.  Colour choice and brushwork are expressive. The spontaneity of watercolour and acrylic allows me to record ideas and impressions quickly which can then be translated into larger works.

 

I have participated in numerous group shows IN galleries and cultural centers, including Heritage Montreal-Urban Views Hotel de Ville, Mtl the Lachine and St Henri Cultural Centers Galerie de la ville, DDO, Galerie McClure- Westmount, galerie EK Voland, Galerie Liv Art, Women:s Art Society Montreal, Galerie Gora etc.
