Born and raised in Montreal from Haitian parents, my destiny was not to end up in an artistic field. Self taught, I started painting in my 20's and I'm also a hairstylist. Lack of representation in the art world made it that I absolutely love painting women with melanin. I also enjoy using gold influenced by Gustav Klimt
