I am a self-taught fine art painter based in Montreal and have been creating for over 20 years. I primarily focus on wildlife, combining realism with unique, sometimes whimsical elements. I strive to capture the beauty of nature, using contrast to highlight my subjects against thoughtfully crafted backgrounds—whether deep and dramatic or light and airy.

 

While oil painting is my main medium, I occasionally incorporate mixed media, such as metal leaf or textured paper, to add depth and contrast. My work has been collected privately, and I’ve contributed to fundraising efforts supporting animal welfare—something close to my heart.
