I enjoy painting, drawing and taking photographs. One of my earliest memories is doing drawings of flowers in a vase. My Father gave me a camera when I was about 11 years old. 

 

I enjoy the process of making art, whether it’s drawing, painting, or photography. 

 

My work is about colours, emotions, feelings, mood, atmosphere, favourite places, new places, and things that catch my eye. Sometimes I take photographs. Sometimes I do figurative paintings and drawings. Sometimes I segue into abstraction.  

 

Education: Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) major in painting, University of Manitoba, 1975.
