The Corgi Pawty Parade, which will take place as part of Festival BLVD on St-Laurent on Aug. 30 from 4 to 7 p.m., was conceived in 2021 by Thien Vu Dang (of MAPP MTL and Yatai MTL) in the interest of spreading joy during the pandemic.
